Steffen Schweiger, Co-CEO, Sales & Operations

Steffen has set himself the goal of digitizing the construction industry. In almost four years of strategy consulting for a major international construction supplier, he has seen a lot and experienced how little the potential of digital solutions is used in the construction industry. Prior to this, he spent several years working intensively on business model innovations in the financial sector. He currently sees great opportunities for digital change in the used construction machinery sector.

Niklas Fritz, Co-CEO, Sales & Operations

Niklas has always been enthusiastic about machines and technical innovations.

After four years of strategy consulting for a major international construction supplier, he sees many opportunities for digital change. Last year he led the acquisition of a technology start-up in the construction industry.

Previously, he spent several years dealing with digital and technical issues in the automotive industry. Now he wants to advance the digitalization in the sector of used construction equipment.

Christian is an expert of web technologies, apps and design. With more than eight years of development experience, he uses every opportunity for creative thinking to create technological innovation. Christian has led the web development of a German tech startup and independently implemented various projects. He is enthusiastic about the idea of creating digital solutions in the construction industry, which is still too analog.
